Treated like a child
A competent leader in many areas of life is often treated as an asset, but a competent leader in pastoral ministry is often treated as a child-and a problem child at that.

Camp 2009
I'm here at camp. Its been such an amazing week. A true privilege every year to spend a week hanging out with the beachpoint high schoolers. God has been at work and the week isn't even done yet.

Transparent Leadership
This just rocked my world. Dr. Mark Roberts just put into words what I've been chewing for some time. Love to hear your thoughts.
"Worship leaders that fosters renewal reflects what leaders do in private as much or even more than what they do when they're up front. Such leadership is a matter of who leaders are, not just what they do. It flows from their genuine relationship with God and from their willingness to share this relationship with others, including, and especially, their thirst for God."
